Mr. Brewer has had previous experience as an audit manager for an international accounting firm. His expertise is focused on financial statements (including certified audits), as well as mergers and acquisitions. He develops successful long-term relationships with clients getting involved with each client’s goals for business and personal tax planning.

Mr. Tominaga’s previous experience includes several years with a local CPA firm plus three years in the tax department of an international accounting firm. He specializes in tax planning for individuals and closely held businesses, with experience in business planning, estate and trust administration, compliance audits and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Yamashiro has brought to the firm his research capabilities in complicated tax laws assisting clients to effectively handle their need in the constantly changing business climate. With over five years as a financial analyst for an oil industry firm, his analytical skills are particularly strong. Joining the firm of Brewer & Tominaga in 1988, he has kept clients informed allowing them to make sound business decisions.
