Motivated and backed with over 20 years experience in the resale and new home sales market. Specializing in interfacing with individuals with the particular needs and expectations that come with having large incomes and net worth. I encompass the knowledge to follow and control the mediation process from inception to successful agreement of the conflicting parties.

Small business owner employing 200 personnel from 1975 through 1980. California Real Estate Sales License (1978). California Broker License (1986 – current). Certified Residential Appraisals License (1985 – not currently active.) Started own real estate company in 1987 (Integrity Realty). Mediation certification from Pepperdine University. Currently enrolled in Business Degree program with University of Phoenix. Having worked for both large and small R. E. Companies. With experience of real estate corporate infrastructure and the marketing of foreclosure properties for the Bank of America.
