Debbie is a standing member of the National Cosmetology Association (NCA) and Oregon Fashion Committee for the past 30 years. She is deeply involved in her profession and attends continuing education classes often. She has served as Chairman of the Pacific Coast Beauty & Trade Show, the Oregon Cosmetology Association (OCA) Contest Chairman, and OCA Judging Chairman. She helped to write Oregon’s “Beauty for Life” American Breast Cancer Awareness program and has been active with the NCA “Look Good Feel Better” program from its beginning!
